| Abstract |
In this paper, we suggest modeling and simulation techniques to access the deception performance of ship-launched flare system against anti-ship missiles with an IR seeker. Deception performance of the flares is highly dependent on parameters of launch time, deploy location, and numbers of burning clouds. Through this paper, we can get some insights of operational aspect of ship-launched flare for the enhancement of ship survivability. |
